Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I signed up for a class that was suppose to run Monday and Wednesday nights from 6-9 for 4-1/2 weeks. Because of the low enrollment she changed it to Monday's from 6-10 cutting our overall hours from 27 to 21. She didn't give us the option to change to another class and she awaited till the second week to tell us. We couldn't withdrawal from the class because we would loose our money.

You should probably review the school's policies on rescheduling classes as it relates to your tuition. There is most likely an administrative process you will have to go through before you even think about any kind of law suit. Good Luck.
