do i have a case if a doctor perscribes me meds that i am allergic to

Did the doctor know, or have reason to know you were allergic. If so, a doctor would need to review the records to advise if your doctor acted below the standard of care. Any med Mal attorney would need to evaluate your harm to make certain the case is large enough considering the cost and Caps on damages.
