gentamycin damaged ears

I was given gentamycin after a misdignosed apendix surgery and peritonis set in it shut my system down and then it was given a couple of other times which went to toxic level before they caught it Now i have to live with the damages Ive lost most of my hearing and my balance is way off i stagger like a drunk Is there anything i can do about it

IF this happened within the last three years, or within one year of your discovery of the problem, and IF you can get a doctor's opinion that the treatment was negligent is some way, then you can file suit. If so, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and remedies.
