Re: Clergy abuse

The answer does depend on factors such as the nature of the abuse, your relationship to the abuser, and your age at the time of the abuse. For sexual abuse of a minor, for example, you can file suit until your 26th birthday or, in some circumstances, within 3 years of the time that you discovered the emotional and psychological impact of the abuse, even if you are 26 years old or older.

If you are in Southern California, you can contact me for further information.
