Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

if false information was giving on who the driver was in a vehicle accident was due to not having an license was to come forward and admit before it was presented to the judge in court, what would the consequences be ?

I would have no idea because that would depend on the judge, and the surrounding circumstances. However, if you give false testimony under oath, that would be perjury which can lead to imprisonment and/or heavy finds. Not a good thing for your record. Assuming for a moment that you have representation, I would contact your attorney and ask him/her what to do since he/she is familiar with your case. If you do not have an attorney, get one.
