Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was involved in a car accident 2 years ago, The accident involved myself and 2 other cars. At the time of the accident the last car that was involved said that they didn't need medical attention the car was barely hit, I wasn't aware that i wasn't insured since the car i was driving was insured but some how that wasn't enough for me to get covered, Now 2 years later one of the cars that were involved in the accident is filing the claim, no one contacted me to let me know where she was going to get the repairs done and that she went and received medical attention a year later.. What are my rights in this situation?

Unfortunately, you really need to have a lawyer look at your situation in detail. It is possible that insurance coverage is being wrongfully denied. If by "claim", you mean "lawsuit" and you are really not insured, you will need to file a timely response, or else lose. Your options will vary, depending on the underlying facts of the claim, your financial situation and whether the allegedly injured person has already been compensated by their own insurance.
