Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Is this libel?

A blogger wrote a review on the Internet about out product. The review was very unfavorable, I have no problem with that, but I have a problem with this sentence:

To make matters worse, it is integrated with their (seemingly shady) search engine service.

I want to know if this is considered libel?

Thanks!
