Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

mr.george shers, in answer to your question yes the other party notice the tags. if they contacted their insurance what would i say? please respond asap thank you for the quick response. would i tell my insurance carrier that neither had a license?

Do not mention the tags but if someone brings it up give the reason for your not having them yet [unless your car is close to a total loss and the lack of tags implies a mechanical problem with the car that decreases its fair market value]. The lack of tags has nothing to do with the accident and is a red herring that might be brought up just to try to get you to settle for less than your damages. I would not mention their lack of licenses to anyone, as it only can hurt you.
