When does the plaintiff's Request for Dismissal need to be filed with Court after settlement negotiations are agreed to and signed by both parties?

Be careful. Make sure you have a signed settlement agreement executed by all of the parties to the action, and not just their attorneys. If performance of the settlement agreement has not been completed, I suggest you reserve jurisdiction in your request for dismissal for the court to enforce the settlement agreement pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6.

Usually not filed until all agreements signed, all amounts paid, and all other performances done.
