Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I recently was involved in a hit and run car accident the other party that was at fault fled the scene. My car was total air bags depolited in the accident I got my neck, chest hands and wrist were injured by the airbags.. My Chrysler 200 2013 has a recall on that year something with the airbags. I tried to get it fixed by calling where I had bought it from to make long story short there was no solution to the problem

Your uninsured motorist coverage may cover you for the full amount of your injuries, if you have enough coverage. Talk to a personal injury lawyer right away so you can take all the right steps and preserve your rights. If you do not have uninsured motorist coverage, just proceeding on a theory that there was something wrong with the airbags (when it does appear they deployed) will be difficult. But, again, a personal injury attorney can help you look into that.
