Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If signed

If I signed a release about a week or two ago because the military said my soft tissue injury would have to heal with time, and in that release it gave me 4500. Can I later go back if my neck or back condition gets worse?

Re: If signed

No. If you release provides for release of all claims, then you cannot go after any further compensation once the release is executed.

Thanks.
