I'm watching my son-in-law's dog he got out of the fenced yard scared a lady walking her dog and she fell down and got hurt now she suing me

Did this dog have vicious propensities? That is, did he ever do this sort of thing before? Do you have homeowner's insurance? Renter's Insurance? Does your son-in-law have such insurance? This additional information will improve the usefulness of any answers generated by this post.
