Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

if you were off work for stress leave and your employer terminated you ( then about three months later you suffer a stroke that leaves your right arm affected) is this grounds for a lawsuit? or will it just be added to your work comp.claim.? or are just out of luck?

If your stroke is a result of your work-related stress then you may claim your stroke is work-related. You need medical evidence such as a qualified medical examination by a neurologist to prove the correlation. You need to act soon because the longer you wait it will be more difficult to establish this correlation. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
