Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

If the the apartment building is owned by this LLC corporation and in the Grand Deed there are 3 owners listed in this LLC: Person 1, a married man owns 60% as his sole and separate property, person 2 with 20% interest and person 3 -another LLC with its 20% interest. Now person 1 wants to join his wife and turn his share of 60% into a joint tenancy as to this 60%. Can the Grand Deed be created where all three previous owners will turn their interests to them and person one will turn his interest to him and his wife to be joint tenants? What else needs to be done, if anything?

Thank you

I am confused as to what you are asking. The married man can create a joint tenancy of his interest with his wife simply by deeding from himself to himself and her as joint tenants with right of survivorship. Are you asking if the LLC owner can also be a joint tenant?
