Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

there auctioning my storage tomarrow at 6am, i owe a couple of months and dont have the money, the guy told me to go tomarrow at 6am cause it will make things easier, do you know why? isa there anything i can do?

You have to ask the storage people. I do not understand how it will make things easier. You might be able to provide bidders with more information so that they bid a higher amount for certain items, but your comments probably will not help. You need to check your contract with them to see what actions they are allowed to take. Do they have to stop the auction once the amount of back storage is reached?
