Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Bought a flipped house from Real Estate company . We have discovered the items they "remodeled" they actually covered up major damage. Had they not covered them up they would have been visible in inspection. For example they put new carpet over water damage. They put piece of new sub floor over rotted joists. We were deceived about what we were purchasing. There are numerous reviews about others having same issue with this company. Do we have any recourse? We feel we were purposely deceived, misrepresented the home and are complete frauds.

You should consult with an attorney near you about pursuing a case for fraud. The attorney is going to want to see the disclosure documents, your purchase and sale contract, and any reports on the condition of the damage.
