Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We bought a house at the county tax sale. We served the previous owner with a 60 day evicition notice, she still wont leave. I went to file the unlawful detainer forms and the state " do not use for eviction after a sale" what forms do I need to file to get her removed from the property?

Unless you are thoroughly familiar with all the rules, procedures and paperwork necessary, you will not likely succeed in getting anyone evicted, and could end up sanctioned for improper service and such, thus wasting your time and the court's. I tell my clients to go hire and pay an 'eviction service' or 'eviction attorney' specialist to do it all, correctly and timely.

I agree with Mr. Nelson. Unless you are a full-time property manager or landlord, it's probably a bad idea to do self-help evictions, especially against wily and uncooperative "tenants." Not sure who's available in the 96130 Zip, but I'd start looking for an eviction service first, them maybe a property management service, and then if necessary, a lawyer with experience in representing landlords.
