Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

When I bought my house six years ago I thought it was on sewer. After I had sewage backing up in my tub, I found out I have a septic tank and to top it off I need to be hook up to city sewer by the first of the year. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of sale and according to the city, the seller was to pay to hook to the sewer. Now I have an $8000.00 who do I go after to get the money? Both selling and buy Realtor Companies say theyre not responsible.

Both the seller and the seller's broker are liable for those shenanigans. Get an attorney immediately and sue them for fraud.
