The buyer of our house and lot is buying our house and lot in the Philippines at 2.2M and paying off our 1.2M loan to Pag ibigThe P400,000 will be paid to us in 6 months and the P600,000 in 3 years. Do we have to pay the full amount of capital gains to BIR even f it s a Deed of Conditional Sale? What amount are we going to compute the agents commission of 3%? When will the title be transferred to the buyer?
