Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Condo storage

I live in an 8 unit, owneroccupied building. There are two parking garages with each unit having two spaces. One owner has several large cabinets for personal storgae, most others have shelves and the like for personal storage in the garage. My neighbor who has the parking area next to me and who has storage items in his part of the garage, tells me I can't use my space for temporary storage of some items I am selling and has given me a deadline to remove it or else they will try to fine me or start foreclosure proceedings. Can he do that?

Re: Condo storage

On what basis is this person saying you have to remove them? Because they are for sale? It is your area? What do the rules say?
