Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

had house lost in foreclosure sale of prop on 12/4/2002.found out the guys a crook do I have any recourse to sue him in civil court? also found out I should have been under chapt 13 protection which was not dissmissed until middle of 03. HELP!!!

I don't NECESSARILY agree with the other attorneys. If you legitimately did not discover, and even through exercise of all reasonable diligence could not have discovered, a fraud or other mis-deed that would have prevented the foreclosure you MIGHT have a claim that is still alive. Highly doubtful, but not impossible. If you really think you have a case, and a good reason for not doing anything about it until now, stop wasting anymore time with things like internet questions and go see a lawyer in person.
