Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My ex husband and I are both on a deed to a timeshare, that is paid off, and only maintenance fees are due quarterly, however he doesn't pay anything on them but uses the timeshare whenever he wishes. Can i grant deed the timeshare over to him and get my name removed so he is the only one responsible?

Not without his consent. Unless you both WANT to co-own it together and agree to share the costs and benefits it should have been distributed in your divorce. You need to talk to your divorce lawyer about why that wasn't done and how to deal with it now.
