Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

In January 2006 I bought a home in my father's name, he was on the deed and the loan. He died in September 2013 at which time the home was put into the family trust, after time my mother agreed to deed the property to me. This was done in October 2014. As of July 2014 I began working with the bank to keep the home. Since then the bank has gone back and forth with me about their ability to deal with me. Last week they asked for my mother to appoint me as sole executor of my home. She did, my concern is that they will continue this back and forth dance until I lose the the home. There are other details I can provide if needed. Is there any legal presidents I can provide the bank so we can complete this transaction?

You need to consult with a real estate attorney, in person, to have a chance of unraveling your mistakes since January, 2006.
