hi my mother pass away in 2009 an she had atrust ther is two houses an my old sister sold one of the house with out saying any thing to me iam spost to get half of itthe house she sold was a rental house she sold it for 170.0000 an rented my moms house out an she wont talk to at all what i do

This is a serious violation of the duties of a trustee. It looks like you are being cheated. You should find a lawyer who works in the area of trusts, wills and estates, and discuss making a written demand for a full trustee's report. If you don't get a report, and the money it shows you are owed, then have the lawyer file a lawsuit.

I can't agree with Mr. Whipple because I don't even know if you are the beneficiary of the trust. You need to get a copy of the trust instrument and speak to an attorney.
