What have you done re asking for a copy from the HOA, the general manager, and the inspector, and with what results? It also might be helpful to know something about the circumstances preceding and surrounding the inspection? Sounds far from routine. If a lawsuit results (let's hope not), you can demand a copy through your discovery rights. Otherwise, I'm not sure you can insist on being provided a copy......I assume the inspection was done with proper prior notice to you.

Ask the HOA for a copy. If they refuse, then a review of your cc&rs;, bylaws, rules, regulations would be necessary to determine if there is any method for compelling the report. If there is a lawsuit involved, you could probably get the report via subpoena or discovery request at some point.
