Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Photos at an open house

I had an open house, to sell my condo, and was told by my realator that on of my neighbors was taking photos in my home. Is that legal?

Re: Photos at an open house

By having an open house you allowed anyone to enter the condo; I assume you did not prohibit the taking of pictures so unless they were taken for some illegal purpose [casing the place to later breakinto it, etc.] there would be nothing illegal about some one taking photographs.
