Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have a property in Guyana.

When I left guyana I had some relatives live in the property of which I continue to pay the property taxes every year. It has been around 30 years and I want to sell the property. I have all legal documents for the property. Does my relatives have any legal recourse to my property. Thank you in advance for your answer.

Your question would have to be answered by someone educated in the laws of Guyana, and probably, also licensed to practice law there.

The following link will take you to a listing of Guyana's consular offices in the United States. There are two in California, staffed by honorary (unpaid) consular officers. Either of them should be able to give you a list of attorneys in Guyana, and possibly some in the United States, who are competent to handle your inquiry.
