Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I am trying to Quitclaim my timeshare. I copied the legal description exactly on the last deed I have. I got notification that the legal description is incomplete. Upon further review, I noticed that the legal description notes a recorded deed of Sept 1 , and my deed is recorded Sept. 17th as a different Instrument #.

There must be another time it was recorded between those dates. Is this what is making this legal description incomplete? Thank you.

No, that does not make sense. You are going to have to either get assistance from a title company, or speak to a knowledgeable real estate attorney in your area to assist you.
