Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Real Estate

Three Home Owner Signs were posted along the Road, and highway, and A flyer was given to the local Real Estate Office ''Home for sale'' with a dollar amount... I offered the owner all he asked for in the Adds. In getting back to me he said another buyer upon hearing my offer... upped his offer $25,000. His offer originally was below asking price.. Is it illegal not to sell me the house for what it was advertised?

Re: Real Estate

You have no contract unless the buyer accepted your offer in writing and if he accepted someone else's, you have no grounds to complain.
