rental agreements

I am moving out of my apartment and I gave him a 30 day notice can he still evict me after I move at the begginning of the next month and can I get paid for doing the repairs I changed the blinds and put new paint?

If you have already moved out you can't be evicted. But if you have roommates who remain, the landlord can sue to evict all of you. If you owe money to the landlord he can still sue you for it if the deposit doesn't cover everything.
