Can I sue a seller for breach of contract after closing

You can sue anyone for anything. Without a whole lot more information, however, there is no way even to guess what you are talking about, much less whether you would have anything resembling a viable case. There are circumstances where a seller might breach post-closing, or a pre-closing breach is discovered post-closing. Whether any of that applies to you there is no way for me to tell.
