Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Is it illegal to swim or sunbath nude in your own backyard (private property)? Yes- if someone tried they could see me, but that would mean either looking over the fence or through the bushes. Would that be an invasion of MY privacy?

Not illegal if you can't be SEEN from other private or public property. If someone can see you by simply looking, not moving things, standing on things, etc., then you have a problem, not them.
