Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Do I have any legal remedies for wrongful discharge due to sexual harassment

I have been terminated for sexual harassment and later in my unemployment appeal hearing additional charge of racial misconduct. Do I have any legal recourse for wrongful termination if the EDD Administrative Law Judge rules in my favor as far as eligibility of unemployment benefits due to being fired for trumped up charges.

You might. It would depend on all the facts. The fact that you were entitled to Unemployment payments does not necessarily mean that there was a wrongful termination. People who are terminated due to layoffs are entitled to unemployment benefits.

I would be happy to listen to your facts and give you my opinion.
