I was sexually assulted in 2007 when I was 17 by an older man. What is

the statue of limitations timing on this crime? Am i to late to sue?

Max 8 years after turning 18. You're still within time to sue, apparently. In order to bring suit successfully, you need to be able to corroborate and prove your allegations through credible witnesses, documents and circumstantial evidence, you need to be able to demonstrate your damages and harm, and the defendant[s] has to be someone who has something to collect a judgment or settlement from.
