Legal Question in Tax Law in California

Money I owe

My cheak is being detached for taxes owed to federal which with the late fees is about $12,000 and right now I have alot of bills due to some heart problems I'm having and I cant afford for them to take 50% from my cheak. What can I do?? Can anyone make a deal with them so I dont have so much to pay,how would that work and how much does it cost.PLEEEASE HELP. Thank You so much for giving your time to help people like me.

there are several possibilities. a hardship exemption, an offer in compromise, an agreed installment payment plan. my hourly rate is $300 per hour. contact me if you need assistance.
