Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

My Brother-in-Law and I had gotten into a car accident. I only remember losing control of the vehicle Nothing after that. Apparently I didnt stay at the scene and My Brother-in-law had gotten arrested for DUI. I will be going to his court date and Tell the judge that I was the One driving. My question is what kind of charges may I face?

This is serious and you need an attorney. You face hit and run charges. The DA will still try and peg the DUI on your brother in law. Get an attorney!
