Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I received a red light violation(camera). I was on court probation (3 years) for a DUI. My ticket said
I must appear in court. I had two week left on my probation. I suspect that they are going to enhance my penalty because I was on court probation. But I want a lawyers opinion.
