Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I recently received a ticket in California for driving to slow the roads were ugly because it was snowing and my tires are really bald, my emergency lights were on and i got pulled over. i received a ticket but the ting is that i only have my permit and i originally live in Nevada is there a way to get my licence before showing up to court on April 4th?

Yes. You should complete what ever classes and tests you need to get your license. Once you get your license, you can show up in court with your new license and, generally, all will be ok. They primarily want licensed drivers obeying the law. Getting your license is a very good first step.
