What is the statute of limitation for a warrant issued for not paying the fine for recklass driving ?

Warrants never expire. They're like cancer; if you ignore them, they won't to away, they'll get worse.

The statute of limitations is the period after a crime has been committed when charges must be filed. The concept has nothing to do with a warrant that has already been issued.
