Time limit for accident claims
Is there a law that gives a time limit on reporting a claim?

If involved in an accident (fender bender) and the party at fault asks to attempt to cover the damage without involvment from insurence companys, does the person not at fault have a limitation time to report it to the insurence. Or will the insurence companys say that it has been 3 months and that it should have been reported right away, and find it a no fault case, and setle it with each driver seperatly?

there are no time limits re the insurance company but there are time limits for filing a lawsuit.
