Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Traffic Warrant

I got pulled over a few months ago, did not know I had a suspended (out of state)license. I received a ticket for that (car got impounded), a ticket for no insurance, and for rolling through the stop sign. I went to the 1st court hearing and was trying to show proof I did not know about the suspended license, due to me not receiving anything in the mail. I was not able to acquire it through the post office and missed my court date due to an unexpected event. I am afraid I now have warrants out for these three items. How do I handle the situation?
