Do beneficiaries to a will have the right to get a copy of the will ?

The will must be submitted into probate and a copy can be obtained there.

It depends. Is the grantor of the will deceased? If not, no the beneficiaries are not entitled to a copy of the will. If the grantor is deceased, Mr. McCormick's answer would apply.
