If you are a beneficiary, executor Poa can a insurance company such as state farm cancel polices with out my permission on my deceased family members policy?

That would depend entirely on what kind of policy and what your actual status is, beneficiary? executor/administrator of an estate, or POA. By the way, a POA dies with the person who gave it. So if you hold a POA from a dead person you have nothing but a used piece of paper.
