Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

California - My mother passed June 2009 and left our baby sister as trustee. She has not given I nor my siblings copies of the trust, her and I were to be given property together but I've seen no proceeds from property, I don't think taxes have been paid or final paperwork has been submitted to the courts for the trust and when we ask to speak to her, she always has something else to do. Is there a statute of limitations on how long you have to act on this and second, what recourse do we have. She has not even released funds to bury our mother at her final resting place in MN. Thank you

I agree with the previous responses. It sounds as though the trust is not being properly run by your sister. There are procedures to have an accounting and to remove the trustee.
