Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

California Last Will & Testament

Does a California Will, done at home, have to be notarized if 2 witnesses sign? Or how do you get around having to get your will notorized? Alison

Alison:

Notarization of your will is not required. However, depending on the type of will you have, witnesses may be required. If you'd like me to look at your will, please fax it to me. Thanks.
