Do you mean once someone has been appointed conservator, how do you appoint someone else? If the current conservator is willing to resign, then you can petition for a successor conservator. If the current conservator is not willing to resign and you want them removed, then you have to file a petition for removal showing the court why the conservator should be removed. You also file simultaneously a petition for appointment of successor conservator.
