Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have a current health care directive on file with my physician's office (state of CA) and have a Will. How can I locate a COMPANY that can act as my executor to carry out specified final requests on my healthcare directive in the event of my death, assumIng I do not want or have family members to take care of these matters?

You can talk to a local private fiduciary. If you are in California, try www.PFAC.org to find someone local to you.

I doubt many will be willing to take on this role. This created potential civil or criminal liability without compensation. If you do not want your family involved, seek other friends or advisors who you are sure will comply with your wishes.
