Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My dad died in 2008 and he was one of the two trustess on the property deed. The other trustee is my mom whom is not capable of making sound decision.

I need to know what forms I need to fill out to get the property deed and substitution of trustee done.

It is not that simple. I would need to know who the beneficiary and the trustor is. You may need to go to court.
