Distribution of money

Petitioner kept $5,000 for ''closing fees'', and ''as a reserve for tax purposes''. As a beneficiary, I have asked for an accounting, and the attorney has refused to respond. My attorney refuses to communicate, also.

Any fiduciary acting for the benefit of a beneficiary is legally responsible to provide you with the accounting you are requesting, and it cannot be reasonably withheld.
