Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Can I file a lien against my ex's (beneficiary) family trust for back child support? He (beneficiary) assets (including real estate) were transferred into the trust upon his death, his mother (creator/trustee) of the trust passed shortly afterward in October 2016.

His other son is receiving $900,000 distribution upon dissolution of the trust. I live in Arizona, would need representation.

You should be able to get the child support, if your actions are timely. A lawyer would need to review all of the documents and facts closely to know your rights for sure.

Also, they would need to know the amount of back child support you are trying to collect.
